Monday–Wednesday & Friday, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. & 2 p.m.–5:00 p.m | No patients are seen after 4:30  p.m. 
Saturday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m. | No patients seen after 2:30 p.m.
Closed on Thursdays & Sundays
